Client Testimonials

"Donna Wolfe and her company of role players are superb. Not only can they realistically portray the emotions, thought processes and behaviors of emotionally distressed and psychologically disorganized individuals, they can ad lib scenarios to the point of not letting police officers and other first responders off the hook when they are out of tune with these populations."

Robert Grant, PhD

"The participation in these scenarios have been incredibly valuable in peparing clinicians to do mental health assessments and to interact with patients who have behavioral emergencies...The simulation exercises add a depth of realism that others are unable to achieve."

PointAcross Info Network
C.I.T. Role Players

PointAcross Info Network was developed in 2006, to provide law enforcement Crisis Intervention Trainings with mental health professionals who can provide "role-players” in any given scenario. We have expanded to 4 counties within the Bay Area, and look forward to further expansion.

Each member of our team has many years of experience. We have expertise in acute psychiatry, outpatient clinic settings, substance abuse, forensic and crisis intervention/outreach case managers. The one thing our role-players do have in common is the need to provide the community with education surrounding mental health issues.

Each one of us takes our roles in CIT trainings, very seriously. We believe that we can provide others with a snapshot of what it may look like if one were to possess a mental health disorder or co-occuring disorder, while in crisis mode.

We also provide educational scenarios for the Emergency Medical personnel who are being trained for the S.M.A.R.T. team, which are EMT, Firefighters or Paramedics that become 5150 transport with San Mateo County.

We enjoy our improvisational dialogue with first responders and hope that we can make a difference from our interactions. We invite you to learn more about our company.
